Summary:
This person will assist customers by checking in and out U Haul equipment -including trucks, trailers, tow dollies, auto transports or any additional equipment as needed. This person needs a keen eye for damaged equipment either leaving the lot and being returned. Person needs to anticipate requests of upcoming rentals and be prepared to have that equipment ready for ease of access by customers. Saturday and/or Sunday scheduling is a requirement. Must have a clean driving record.

Customer Focus: Able to assist the customers with their rental while helping them throughout the entire process; i.e., getting ancillary equipment (push dollies, blankets, boxes, etc.) to customer's truck/trailer rental. Letting the customer know we are here to assist with their move and make it as seamless as possible.
Teamwork: This person is a part of a team that welcomes challenges as much as they welcome opportunities. Help team mates to be equally as successful.
Communication: Clear and concise whether it's written or verbal communication. Keep management abreast of any potential problems as they incur. Don't wait until it's a full blown potential problem. Foul language will not be tolerated in any manner and can possibly lead up to, and including immediate, termination.
