Your well-being is our priority. Liberty Rental 4 U is committed to the health and safety of our customers, team members and communities. In this very fluid situation, we are taking every effort to best serve the needs of our customers in a manner that promotes health and safety for all.

As the coronavirus continues to evolve and be a very fluid situation, this decision is an effort to practice the CDC’s social distancing recommendation while ensuring we’re available to more safely serve our customers during regular hours.

Taking care of our customers and team members is our top priority and we thank you for your patience as we navigate this situation. We appreciate your continued trust and the privilege to serve you.

Please note the measures we’re taking at our store:

1. We are OPEN! As of now, we are open for regular business hours. We are operating with limited staff but staffing needs are based on customer demand

2. Inventory- As of now, we have our regular inventory and are told by our suppliers that as far as they can tell we will continue to receive regular deliveries. If you have specific inventory questions, please feel free to give us a call! 

3. Cleaning & sanitizing procedures- We are taking active measures to frequently clean high touch areas including (but not limited to) door handles, bathroom faucets, credit card machines and other commonly touched areas. We have provided our teams with sanitizers and are encouraging all to use sanitizer and wash their hands frequently. We are also spacing out reservations when possible to accomodate social distancing.

4. Rental Cancellations- If any customer has a cancellation of their project or event, there will not be a cancellation fee and if there has been any prepayment for any event rental, they will receive a full refund of deposits or fees.
